MY WORKSHOPS

My goal is to provide teams and leaders with the necessary skills to communicate and work better together.

Specifically, I work on three main fronts:

  • how to communicate better in dynamic environments;
  • how to manage oneself and others under high uncertainty and pressure
  • how to identify and influence negative behaviors in complex situations.

Mine is a highly practical and scientific approach. I do not believe in frontal lessons, but in activating learning mechanisms directly with practice, basing it on:

  1. management skills;
  2. scientific research;
  3. improvisation theater.

Working at the intersection of these three areas I provide highly effective, applicable and lightweight leadership development workshops and team development workshops.
