My goal is to provide teams and leaders with the necessary skills to communicate and work better together.
Specifically, I work on three main fronts:
- how to communicate better in dynamic environments;
- how to manage oneself and others under high uncertainty and pressure
- how to identify and influence negative behaviors in complex situations.
Mine is a highly practical and scientific approach. I do not believe in frontal lessons, but in activating learning mechanisms directly with practice, basing it on:
- management skills;
- scientific research;
- improvisation theater.
