THE CHALLENGE

Each L&D manager wants to bring in content that sticks and that engages people they care about.

But finding that content is like digging for gold, through the obvious and through the noise of trainers pushing their off-the-shelf packages.

In the end, you just want to do your job and generate the impact your people need without being bombarded by strangers.

I’ve seen it all in action, and I’ve seen the results:

  • as a consultant, I've been served horrible content by L&D managers who just gave up
  • as a trainer, I've been the one pushing. 

I don't want to be linked to that, and neither should you.
