This workshop focuses on describing, showing and applying the mechanisms of creative thinking, applied to a professional context.

Contrarily to what many think, creativity is not a skill, it is a science and as such it obeys to specific rules – this workshop will teach you those rules and train you and your team to generate more ideas, of a higher creative quality in less time, dramatically cutting down the time you spend pondering over a problem and increasing the effectiveness and time-effectiveness of your creative abilities.

STRUCTURE

The workshop will break down the rules of creativity and the functioning of creative mechanisms, both at an individual level and most importantly at a group level.

We will focus on what phases are needed to generate valid ideas and work on each one individually to clarify and separate the different tasks you need to carry out when undergoing a creative process for innovation.

After this workshop, your team will have a clear understanding of what creativity is, how it can be applied to innovative work, what behaviours foster it and what barriers you may encounter (and how to overcome them).

The workshop has a duration of about 2:30 hours.
