This quick and easy leadership workshop focuses on giving you a few practical tools that will enable you to speed up your team’s interaction and collaboration.

Teams are made of people, and people respond to specific behaviors. By embodying and practicing the leadership styles we will work in these sessions, you will be able to trigger specific reactions that will organically build camaraderie and trust.

STRUCTURE

This workshop will provide you with a few theoretical concepts of what style of leadership works in high-pressure and uncertain context. In addition you will get to test and practice those concepts with others.

The outcome will be not only additional knowledge of science-based leadership concepts, but a real-life text and experience of how you can best apply those ideas, and how to bring them into your team right off the bat.

The workshop has a duration of about 3,5 hours, in which we will present concepts, work on them via exercises and games and follow up with a Q&A.

After the workshop you will receive a few takeaways of what we did.
