PEOPLE ARE THE CORE, AND THAT'S WHERE WE NEED TO START
If we really want to make it work, if we want any hope to grow to a higher, green, respectful society, we need to put people back on the main stage in organizations - and I mean this both in terms of the workforce (the ones that do the actual work) and in terms of people as the purpose organizations serve.
In practice this means doubling down on personal growth: empowering teams and leaders, providing them with the skills, mindsets, and approaches that will enable them to develop further, to empower others in the process and to perform better in the end.
It means having a clear direction in an organization: a culture and a system of values whose ultimate aim is to ethically improve the life and wellbeing of customers, framed in whatever way necessary.
