ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE ASSESSMENT
A constructive and solid organizational climate is the factor that can make the difference for every organization in terms of productivity and innovation.1
An organizational climate like this is built by working on 10 dimensions (and in particular on three)2 – the purpose of this test is to give you an idea of what the climate in which you work is like compared to the average precisely on these 10 dimensions.
Below you will find 10 statements regarding how you interact with your organizational environment; for each, indicate how much you agree or disagree (1 = strongly disagree, 7 = strongly agree).
